Apostille a Power of Attorney in Nevada
Mobile notarization and apostille support for POAs used in foreign property, banking, business, legal, and family matters.
Document Requirements
We review these items first so your filing is not delayed or rejected.
Proper Nevada notarization
A POA normally must be signed and notarized correctly before it can receive a Nevada apostille. If using our mobile notary, do not sign before the appointment.
Signer identification and capacity
The signer must appear before the notary with acceptable identification and be willing and able to sign. We cannot provide legal advice or determine legal capacity.
Destination-specific wording
Some countries require specific POA language, witnesses, translations, or notarial certificates. Have the receiving attorney or authority approve the document before notarization.

Should I sign the POA before the notary arrives?+
No. Wait and sign in front of the notary unless your receiving authority gives different written instructions.

No. We are not attorneys and cannot draft legal documents or provide legal advice. We can notarize an approved document and handle the apostille process.
Can you apostille a POA notarized in another state?+
